- Evaluating participant performance and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining training materials and updating content according to industry trends and developments
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in the aviation industry with appropriate certifications
- Hands-on experience in the aircraft maintenance field
- Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor
- Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts in an understandable manner
- Experience in creating and presenting training materials
- Flexibility and adaptability to different audiences and learning styles
- Team spirit and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
